Up to now, the artificial cornea developed by different countries all have the flaws of poor water permeability and transparency, so the applied range of them in the cornea transparent surgeries is limited. The animal experiment shows that when such artificial cornea is transplanted to the eysball of the animal experimented, it will enable it to see the obstacle in front, and the water permeability will be superior to that of the current artificial cornea. The combining of new artificial cornea which has a layer of thin laminated and new type of silicone materials has been put in the market, which brings light for thousands of people who are in great need of cataract patients and transplant cornea blind.
